From the M60 Motorway -
Leave the motorway at Junction 23 and take the A635 to Manchester. After approximately 2.7 miles you will find WELCOMB STREET on the left hand side. Go almost to the bottom of hill on Welcomb Street and turn left through the Gates into the City Works - CLAYTON COURT. Take the first left, we are on the right hand side (unit 4).
From Manchester City Centre -
(Piccadilly Station) - Turn left out of the station and go straight on for approximately 1.94 miles on the A635 toward Ashton-Under-Lyne. Turn right into WELCOMB STREET (5th on the right after the SEAMARK building). Go almost to the bottom of hill on Welcomb Street and turn left through the Gates into the City Works - CLAYTON COURT. Take the first left, we are on the right hand side (unit 4).
